At Dibleys Houseplants, we want you to love your new greenery. If your plant arrives damaged or you are not completely satisfied, you can return your order within 14 days of delivery for a full refund or replacement.

Return Process

    Contact Support

    Email our customer care team within 14 days of receipt, including your order number and clear photos of the plant if it arrived damaged.

    Approval & Instructions

    Once we review your request, we will provide a return authorization number and a prepaid shipping label if the return is due to a quality issue.

    Secure Packaging

    Carefully pack the plant or accessory in its original packaging to ensure it remains protected during transit back to our nursery.

  • 4.
    Refund Processing

    After we receive and inspect your item, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
