How do you ensure plants survive shipping?
We use custom-designed, eco-friendly packaging that secures the plant and pot in place, minimizing movement. Each plant is carefully hydrated before dispatch and wrapped in protective layers to maintain temperature and moisture levels during transit.
What is your policy if a plant arrives damaged?
We offer a 30-day 'Arrive Alive' guarantee. If your plant arrives in poor condition, please take a photo and contact our support team within 48 hours of delivery. We will provide a free replacement or a full refund.
Do you ship during the winter months?
Yes, we ship year-round. During colder months, we monitor weather patterns and include complimentary heat packs in your order if temperatures drop below freezing to ensure your tropical plants stay warm.
Will my plant look exactly like the one in the photo?
While we strive for consistency, plants are living organisms and vary in shape, size, and variegation. The photos represent a typical specimen, but your plant will have its own unique personality and growth pattern.
Do the plants come with care instructions?
Every Dibleys plant includes a digital or printed care guide specific to its species, covering light requirements, watering schedules, and humidity preferences to help your new greenery thrive.
